I am still a little surprised at this sleek, high-wasted pencil skirt I found at JC Penney’s (sorry, I know they’re working on their brand) but it really is a great piece. Very versatile and flattering. It’s a bit of a go-to work look for me – pencil skirt and button down top but there’s nothing wrong with a classic.
