Valentine’s Day is my second favorite holiday. Possibly because my favorite color is red. Possibly because I am a girl and it gets coded into our DNA. Either way, I always find a way to dress for it. I have seen so many stylish ladies combine pink and red but have struggled with putting my own combination together. But alas, I finally got it right! I love the detail on this red pencil skirt and the shoes make me strut. I’m embracing the love.

I promised I would work on more color and patterns in my outfits and behold this great combination. I know, I still paired it with gray and black but the cobalt colored accessories and the polka dot pattern give this outfit lots of visual interest.
